First make sure your PC is connected to your ECU but leave the ignition turned off.

Now open your project in TunerStudio and turn on the "Comm Debug Log" option under the communications tab on the main menu. 

Now turn the ignition on and let TunerStudio try to connect to the ECU for roughly 30 seconds then turn off the "Comm Debug log" option.

Next go under help on the main menu to create a debug package. The debug package will be saved to your desktop so it can easily be found.
